DOG PARK (Rooftop)
The rooftop dog garden has been renamed "DOG PARK" and renovated with blue artificial turf that blends in with the sky and sea!
DOG PARK (next to the hotel)
A new DOG PARK has been added next to the hotel!
Our hotel has been reborn to provide dogs with an even more enjoyable experience than ever before.
*Please note that this may be subject to change.
*If you wish to use the facilities after check-out, please inform the front desk.
*Advance registration is required for outpatient use.
Pool for pet dogs
A pool exclusively for dogs that can be used from April to the end of October.
Life jackets are available for rental for both large and small dogs, and owners are also welcome to help their pets swim, so even if it's their first time in the pool, you can feel safe!
*Advance registration is required for outpatient use.
*For guests arriving on the day of arrival, you can use the facilities from 12:00 PM after completing check-in. For guests departing on the day of departure, you can use the facilities until 12:00 PM.
*A shower for washing your dog's paws, dog towels (both large and small) are available poolside and can be used free of charge.
*We do not provide towels for pet owners.
*Please note that the pool may be closed or its operating period may be changed due to weather conditions or other factors.
*Please note that pet owners and young children are not permitted to swim in the pool. However, you are welcome to enter the pool to assist your dog in swimming.
Indoor Play Space
You can stay comfortable even during hot or cold seasons or on rainy days when the outdoor DOG PARK cannot be used.
Not only small and medium sized dogs, but also large dogs are welcome!
*Drinks will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
*Available before check-in and after check-out.
Self-grooming room
Give your dog a good grooming after he's had a lot of fun!
We provide large hair dryers, grooming tables, towels, shampoo, conditioner, aprons, etc.
*Reservation required, reservations accepted up until the day of use
*Extension is ¥660/30 mins
Foot washing area
There is a foot washing area for dogs at the entrance, so please cooperate in maintaining the environment within the building. Towels for drying dogs' feet are also provided.
Pet dog photography studio
Why not try your dog's photoshoot in a studio specially designed for modeling?
We also take family photos with your dog.
*Due to the time required for the photoshoot, we will only be able to photograph 10 groups per day.
*Reservations for photo shoots are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if all reservations are filled.
Free rental items
• Pet stroller:
We can accommodate dogs weighing between 10 and 25 kg. Buggy rentals are available exclusively for hotel guests. Use within the hotel premises is free of charge.
*When taking items outside the building
Rates: 1 hour ¥550 / 3 hours ¥1,320 / 6 hours ¥1,980
• Carrier bag: Suitable for small dogs weighing up to approximately 5 kg.
• Cage: Available for loan to Guest rooms.
*Pet buggies and carrier bags can be reserved up to one month prior to your stay.
*Due to a limited number of cages, only one cage can be rented per room.
Pet dog care
We offer a paid dog boarding service exclusively for our guests.
Please feel free to use our service to look after your beloved dog when you go out to events or sightseeing.
When using our service, please bring along some toys that your dog normally uses to reduce the burden on him.
At the owner's discretion, pets can be left in the room temporarily if they are kept in a cage or pen.
*Please check in during your stay (advance reservations are not accepted).
*Agreement to the terms of service and written agreement is required.
