The North Exit ticket gate was closed at the end of October 2025. When visiting, please use the Central North Exit ticket gate.
For those using a car
From the Kujo exit of the Hanshin Expressway Route 16 Osaka Port Line, it's 1.8km (approximately 8 minutes). Go straight along Chuo-dori Avenue and turn right at the Bentencho Station intersection on National Route 43.
From the Hanshin Expressway Route 16 Osaka Port Line, take the "Namiyoke" exit for 300m (approximately 5 minutes). Make a U-turn at "Tatsumibashi" and turn right onto National Route 43 at "Bentencho Station".
From the Bentencho exit of the Hanshin Expressway Route 17 West Osaka Line, it's 200m (approximately 3 minutes). Proceed straight on National Route 43 and continue straight through the Bentencho Station intersection.
For those using the train
- ① Exit the Central North Exit ticket gate and continue towards Osaka Station.
- ②Go up the stairs to the connecting passage to Osaka Bay Tower, which you will see on your left.
- ③ After reaching the top of the stairs, turn left and proceed along the stairs/slope.
- ④You will see the hotel sign at the top of the road ahead. When you reach the bottom of the sign, turn left.
- ⑤Go straight ahead with the atrium (open-air plaza) on your right and the bakery on your left.
- ⑥ Proceed to the convenience store on your right, and you will find the hotel entrance (on the 2nd floor) on your left.
- *Customers using wheelchairs or those who have difficulty using stairs should exit through the "Central South Exit," proceed along the road beside the Hanshin Expressway towards Osaka Port, and use the elevator to descend to the underground passage.

- ①After exiting the west ticket gate, go immediately to the left.
- ② Head left towards Exit 2-A, and proceed straight across the connecting bridge between the station and the Osaka Bay Tower facility (2nd floor).
- ③Enter the Osaka Bay Tower facility and continue straight.
- ④ Proceed to the convenience store on your left, and you will find the hotel entrance (on the 2nd floor) on your right.
- *Guests staying at the hotel should proceed to the front desk on the 1st floor. Please use the escalator (front right) or the elevator (back left).

You can use the underground parking lot (Paraca Osaka Bay Tower Parking) of the Osaka Bay Tower complex, which includes a hotel.
In addition to the "East Entrance" in front of the hotel's main entrance, there is also an entrance to the parking lot on the west side of the hotel.
Zone C is convenient as it's close to the hotel entrance.
Please present your parking ticket at the front desk upon check-in.
If you need to leave the parking lot during your stay, please pay the toll fee at the toll gate each time.

ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower is currently operating a free shuttle bus to Sakurajima No. 3 Parking Lot.
A numbered ticket is required to board. Tickets are available at the front desk from the day before.
It's about a 10-minute walk from Sakurajima Parking Lot 3 to Universal Studios Japan

Train and taxi information
From JR Bentencho Station, transfer at Nishikujo Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line towards Nishikujo/Osaka, then take the JR Yumesaki Line to Universal City Station (7 minutes).
10-15 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
