Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights

Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times.

Cleaning time: 10:00 - 14:00
*Please note that we are unable to provide cleaning services after 2:00 PM.
*Even if a cleaning sign is not posted, we will still proceed with cleaning. If you have a preferred time, please let us know by 2:00 PM on the day of your request.
*If you leave your belongings on the bed before going out, we may not be able to make the bed.
*Please use the safe in Guest rooms for cash and valuables.
*Regarding trash collection during your stay, we will only collect items that are in the trash cans.
*We will refrain from collecting any partially eaten food or partially consumed drinks from tables.

[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]

• This plan does not include cleaning, so we will not enter your room.
• Towel changes and additional cleaning will incur separate charges.
• Towel change (1 set): ¥500; Cleaning: ¥1,500

Guest rooms air conditioning

Our hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system for the entire building.
While you can turn the air conditioning on/off and adjust the temperature in each room, please note that you cannot switch between heating and cooling modes.

*Coolers and blankets are available for loan at the front desk. Please ask at the front desk if you require them.

How to use the elevator

■ For customers using floors 30 to 50
Please use the four elevators located at the front.
You can proceed directly to Guest rooms floor.

■ For customers using floors 23-25
Please use the two elevators at the back.
A key card is required to use the elevator.
Please touch your key card to the black panel inside the elevator, then press the button for your destination floor.

Laundry room

Wash + Dry (Standard: up to 3kg): ¥600 / Approx. 120 minutes
Wash and dry (small load: up to 1kg): ¥500 / approx. 80 minutes
Washing only (up to 6kg): ¥400 / approx. 35 minutes
Additional drying (up to 3kg): ¥100 / 30 minutes
Detergent is automatically dispensed, so you do not need to bring your own.
Only 100 yen coins are accepted. A change machine is located in Laundry room.
If there are other customers using the room, you may have to wait as we will guide you to a room as soon as it becomes available.

Solaniwa Onsen

■ Special rates available exclusively for hotel guests
*Please present your hotel card key or key case at Solaniwa Onsen front desk.

Children (ages 4-12): ¥750

・Regular business hours: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Last entry 10:00 PM)
*The large public bath is open until 10:30 PM.
Morning bath: 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM (Last entry 8:30 AM)

■ About using the service
Please turn right at the hotel's second-floor exit. (Approximately 2 minutes on foot)
• If you only wish to use the morning bath, the fee is 500 yen per person. Please purchase your morning bath ticket at the front desk.
Towels and loungewear are provided at Hot springs.

Please use the Palacá parking lot located in the basement of our hotel.

・30 minutes: ¥200
• Up to 6 hours: ¥1,000
・Maximum 24-hour charge: ¥1,500
*Please pay at the payment machine when you exit the parking lot.

Luggage storage and mailing

We can store your luggage at the front desk.
Please pick up your items by the day of check-out.

If you require shipping, you can use Yamato Transport's courier service.
Invoices are available at the front desk. Packing materials are also available for purchase, so please feel free to ask.
