Simple Hot springs (weak alkaline, hypotonic, low temperature Hot springs)

Indications for each spring quality

contraindications

Acute illness (especially if accompanied by fever), active tuberculosis, malignant tumor, serious heart disease, respiratory failure, kidney failure, bleeding disorders, severe anemia, other ongoing illnesses, and pregnancy (especially in the early and late stages)

Precautions when bathing

1. When starting Hot springs therapy, limit bathing to about once a day for the first few days, and then limit it to two or three times a day.
2. The appropriate period for Hot springs therapy is approximately two to three weeks.
3. You may experience hot spring reaction (bath reaction or bath reaction) approximately three days to one week after starting Hot springs therapy. During this time, reduce the number of baths you take or stop bathing altogether and wait for the symptoms to subside.
4. In addition to the above, please be aware of the following points when bathing.

- The bathing time varies depending on the bath temperature, but it should start out as 3 to 10 minutes, and can be extended as you get used to it.
- Generally, you should stay still while bathing, except in the case of exercise baths.
・After bathing, do not wash off the Hot springs ingredients that have adhered to your body with water.
(On the other hand, people who are prone to hot spring sores should wash their bodies with fresh water after bathing or wipe off Hot springs ingredients.)
- After bathing, be careful not to catch a cold and rest for a certain period of time.
・In principle, high temperature baths (42°C or higher) are contraindicated for the following patients: severe arteriosclerosis, hypertension, heart disease
・Please be careful as suddenly entering a hot Hot springs may cause dizziness.
- It is advisable to avoid bathing immediately before or after Food.
・Be especially careful when bathing after drinking alcohol.
