Azumino City is an area with little precipitation and many sunny days.
Due to its inland climate, midday temperatures can be extremely hot in the summer.
On the other hand, in winter, temperatures drop below freezing, so please dress warmly. Also, from mid-December to April, if you are driving, please be sure to bring chains or studless tires.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
If you are bringing your dog, please use Wan Wan Paradise Azumino.

■If you are staying at a hotel
For guests staying multiple nights, we perform a basic cleaning of their rooms daily (bed making, trash removal, towel/pajama change).
If you do not require cleaning, please let us know when making your reservation or inform the front desk. If cleaning is not required, we will leave fresh towels on the doorknob.

■ If you are using a cottage
Cottage cleaning is only provided for stays of three nights or longer, and only upon request from the guest.
Please inform the front desk in the morning if you would like your towels changed.

■If you are staying at a hotel
We have approximately 130 free parking spaces available.

■ If you are using a cottage
Each cottage has its own dedicated parking space. We will provide you with directions upon check-in.
*Generally, one parking space per room.

We accept major credit cards, PayPay, and au pay. Payment is by lump sum only.

■If you are staying at a hotel
Heating is provided by panel heaters, and during the winter months, air conditioning is also available. Even outside of winter, panel heaters can be used if the room is cold.

■ If you are using a cottage
Only the terraced cottage type rooms are equipped with air conditioning in the living room. The detached cottage type rooms do not have air conditioning, so please adjust the temperature by opening the windows for ventilation and using a fan. All cottages are equipped with heating.

■If you are staying at a hotel
Smoking is prohibited in Guest rooms. Please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke (including e-cigarettes).

■ If you are using a cottage
We have both non-smoking and smoking rooms available.

■If you are staying at a hotel
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout almost the entire hotel, including Guest rooms, the lobby, and Restaurant.

Wi-Fi is available in all cottages.

If you change or cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, a change or cancellation fee will be charged at the rates listed below.
Changes to your reservation (such as a reduction in the number of people) will incur a change fee similar to the cancellation fee.
• If booking 10-4 days in advance, 20% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
- 50% of the accommodation fee if cancelled 3 to 1 day prior.
- If on the day of arrival, 80% of the accommodation fee
- If you do not contact us on the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

~Notice Regarding Cancellations Due to Natural Disasters such as Typhoons and Earthquakes~
Cancellation fees will only be waived in cases of highway closures or public transportation suspensions due to natural disasters. Cancellations due to anticipated suspensions will be subject to cancellation fees.
*No cancellation fee will be charged for a single schedule change.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

Please note that we cannot accommodate requests regarding Guest rooms views or other preferences for room types other than those guaranteed.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, pajamas, and a hairdryer are provided in your room.
Please take toothbrushes, razors, and other toiletries from the amenity bar located in the lobby.

The large public bath uses Hot springs drawn from the Nakabusa Valley.
Towels are not provided in Hot springs bath, so please bring the towels provided in your room.

Each cottage is equipped with a private Hot springs supplied directly from the source, allowing you to enjoy a private Hot springs at your leisure.
*Please note that there is an additional charge for using the hotel's public bath. Please bring your own towels from your room.

A free shuttle bus service is available between Hotaka Station and the destination. Reservations are required by 6:00 PM the day before; please make your reservation through the shuttle bus reservation website.

If you are traveling with someone with a disability, please let us know when you make your reservation so we can arrange a cottage with as few stairs as possible. (Please note that the cottages are built on a slope, so there are slopes and stairs to reach them, as well as stairs inside the cottage. If you have someone who has difficulty moving around, we recommend staying at a hotel.)
Please note that, as this is a mountain resort, we do not have any barrier-free cottages.

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act), our hotel does not provide pharmaceuticals.
