[Starry Sky Square] A natural planetarium brought to you by the Yatsugatake night sky

There are few streetlights around the site, making it a great spot for stargazing.
At certain times, the lights are turned off at Starry Sky Square to allow visitors to gaze upon the starry sky. Cars are also prohibited from entering the area, and the brilliance of the stars stands out even more in the darkness without any artificial light.
This is a plaza where you can enjoy the natural, clear starry sky to your heart's content.

Even in a cottage, if you turn off the lights inside and go out onto the terrace, your eyes will adjust in just a few minutes and you'll be amazed at how many stars you can see. Enjoy the starry sky that you can't see in the city!

This popular event will be held for a limited time only! It's completely indoors and can be enjoyed in any weather! We have prepared a lineup that can be enjoyed by children of all ages.

We have a wide variety of activities available in our large, open hall. There are large inflatable play equipment over 3 meters tall, craft experiences, costumes, a baby space, and more... Enjoy whatever your child likes!

[Outdoor event] Marshmallow roasting experience with a Swedish torch

A single log burns for a long time! Experience roasting marshmallows with a Swedish torch, also known as a "flame lantern"

The logs are lit as they are. With a Swedish torch, you can roast marshmallows in the winter, warming both your body and soul. Everyone, from adults to children, can enjoy the flickering flames, warming themselves, taking commemorative photos, roasting marshmallows, and spending their time however they like.

[Starry Sky of the Yatsugatake Plateau] A night walk to encounter a heart-pounding starry sky

We will move to a location where you can safely enjoy the starry sky of Yatsugatake and take you on a stargazing tour guided by a navigator.
You can also use a telescope to view celestial bodies such as the moon and planets. Be sure to enjoy the clear air of Yatsugatake and the starry sky!

The Yatsugatake Mountains, rich in nature, are home to many wild birds.
