About the Stage
Membership stages allow you to accumulate points.

*Points will be awarded for reservations and use made through ICONIA HOSPITALITY or the GoTo Pass official website, official app, telephone, or directly at the front desk (walk-in).
*Points will not be awarded for bookings made through travel agencies or external online booking sites, as well as for package tours sold by other companies, such as Staying plan that include airfare, JR tickets, or rental cars.
[Bonus Points / Base Points]
* "Member Stage Bonus Points" are added as bonus points: 0.25% for Gold Stage members and 0.5% for Platinum Stage members.
* "Official Website Reservation Bonus Points" are awarded only for reservations made through the official website, and are based on the amount spent.
* "Basic Member Points" are awarded based on the amount spent, and your membership stage is determined based on the total number of Basic Member Points accumulated.
*Accumulated points can be used at a rate of "1 point = 1 yen" to pay for your next stay or in-house services.
