Won't you lay out the futon for me?

Sorry, this is self-service.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

Can I use credit cards or cashless payments?

We accept major credit cards, PayPay, and au pay. Payment is by lump sum only.

What about cleaning when I stay multiple nights?

If you are staying for multiple nights and do not require cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance when making your reservation and we will provide you with an eco-bag.

Do you have sleepwear and loungewear?

Room wear is provided in the rooms.

If I arrive early, can I still use facilities such as the dog run?

You can use Facilities such as the dog run, before check-in and after check-out. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please complete the reception procedure at the front desk in advance.

Are there any smoking rooms? Or non-smoking rooms?

Smoking is prohibited inside the building, so if you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.

What's the weather like?

The average temperature in Ito-shi is about 26°C in midsummer and about 7°C in midwinter. It is a comfortable area to live in all year round, with cool summers and warm winters.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including Guest rooms, lobby, and Restaurant.

About reservations

When do cancellation fees start to apply?

If you make changes or cancellations due to your own reasons, change or cancellation fees will be charged at the rates listed below.
If you change your reservation (reduction in the number of people, etc.), you will be charged a change fee similar to the cancellation fee.
・If you cancel between 7 days and 2 days in advance, 20% of the accommodation fee
・If you cancel one day in advance, 50% of the accommodation fee
・If you check out on the day, 70% of the accommodation fee
・If there is no contact on the day, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged

- Cancellation notice due to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes -
Cancellation fees will not be charged if expressways are closed or public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters. Cancellation fees will be charged if transportation is expected to be suspended.
*If you change the date once, there will be no cancellation fee.

What age group is suitable for co-sleeping?

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

What amenities are available?

We provide towels, room wear, toothbrushes, razors, face and hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, cleanser, brush, bath cap, cotton pad set, coffee and tea (packets), milk, sugar, water (500ml), and room snacks.

About Food

Is there a children's Food?

We offer a children's menu for elementary school students and preschoolers.
If you would like the same as an adult, please make a reservation as an adult.

Is there a dress code at Restaurant?

There are no particular dress code restrictions, however, please refrain from wearing room wear or yukata.

Is there lunch service?

Restaurant is not open for lunch.

If I stay for more than two nights, will Food contents change?

The menu will change each night.

There are some foods I can't eat because of allergies...

We offer a special menu (low-allergen menu) that removes as many of the eight specified allergens as possible.
For buffets, we have food allergy information displayed, so please refer to this before making your decision about what to eat and drink.

About the large bath and Hot springs

Can I use the large public bath for day trips?

Day use is not accepted.

Are there Hot springs?

The large public bath uses natural Hot springs from Higashiizu.

Is there a map of the area around the accommodation?

Is there a shuttle bus?

We offer a shuttle service from Jogasaki Kaigan Station. When making a reservation, please let us know if you would like a shuttle service and your arrival time at the station.

About dogs

What should I Food my dog?

You can order from our extensive dog food menu and have it served at Restaurant. You can also bring your dog's usual food.

Can I give my dog a bath in Guest rooms?

Please refrain from using the bath in Guest rooms.
If you want to give your beloved dog a nice clean after a long day of play, please feel free to use the "self-service shampoo room" (free of charge) in the building.

Can I leave my dog in the room while I go out? / I'd like someone to look after my dog when I go out...

We offer a paid dog boarding service exclusively for our guests. Please feel free to use this service when you go out to events or sightseeing, as we will look after your beloved dog.
When using our service, please bring along some toys that your dog normally uses to reduce the burden on him.
If you are leaving your dog in your room temporarily, such as during dinner or when taking a bath, it is possible as long as it is in a cage or playpen. Please take your dog with you when you go out, or leave it at the front desk for a fee. Please refrain from leaving your dog alone in your room when you go out.

Please let us know in advance. We will try our best to provide you with a table where your dog will not be in close contact with other dogs.

What is the accommodation fee for dogs?

Per night, per animal:
Small dogs (under 10kg): 3,300 yen (tax included)
Medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg): 4,400 yen (tax included)
Large dogs (25kg or more): 5,500 yen (tax included)
You will receive a 1,000 yen discount per stay per dog per GoTo Pass registration account.

What should I bring?

Please be sure to bring a lead with you as we ask that you keep your pet on a lead in public places.
In addition, to help promote relaxation for your dog, please bring along the dog's usual supplies (familiar food, dishes, bedding, toys, etc.) We also provide items in each room, such as toilet bags, sticky rollers, Quickle wipes, deodorizing spray, wet tissues, hand towels, lead hooks, food bowls with stands, toilet trays, toilet sheets, and foldable playpens.

Can I bring animals other than dogs?

The only animals you may bring with you are dogs.

Can I sleep in the same bed or futon as my dog?

If you wear Mannerwear, your dog can sleep in your bed or futon with you.

Can I keep my dog off-leash inside the building?

Please keep your dog on a leash in public places, with the exception of some facilities such as Guest rooms and dog runs. Please note that some dogs may not like or be scared of other dogs, so we ask for your cooperation.

I can't get vaccinated, is that okay?

*Regarding vaccinations, we can also provide services for unvaccinated dogs if there is a reasonable reason, such as senior dogs, allergies, or as determined by a veterinarian.

Can any dog stay?

Dogs allowed inside the facility must be indoor dogs that have received a rabies vaccination once a year, as well as a valid vaccination or antibody test, and that have basic training. Also, we do not accept dogs in heat or dogs under 4 months of age. There are no restrictions on dog breed or size (small, medium, large, extra-large). There is also no limit on the number of dogs allowed, so those with multiple pets can use the facility with peace of mind.

Can I order a cake for an anniversary?

We offer an "Anniversary Plan" that allows you to enjoy a doggie cake at no additional charge. Please make a reservation for the "Anniversary Plan" when celebrating.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Please write the date of your stay and the name of the person making the reservation on the slip and send it to the hotel address.

Can I get medicine at the front desk?

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act), our hotel does not provide pharmaceuticals.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare your supplies before your trip or visit, or ask the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies in the area. (Please note that supplies may not be available depending on the time of day or day of the week.)

The building is not barrier-free.
There are approaches and steps at the entrances to the building, some Guest rooms, and the dog run.
Please note that there are several steps at the entrance to the large public bath.
