Udon (local cuisine) making experience
Experience Yamanashi's local cuisine while learning about the history of Hoto
After learning about Yamanashi's food culture, you will make the local dish "hoto" by mixing flour, kneading it, and rolling it out. The noodles will be boiled in a large earthenware pot, being careful not to burn them on the bottom of the pot, and you can enjoy them with a spicy seasoning called suridane.
