SPRING
The long winter is over, and young leaves are beginning to sprout from the tops of the birch trees. The drumming of woodpeckers echoes through the forest in the morning. White flowers bloom on the wild pear trees, and the light streaming onto the terrace becomes softer. A moment of gentle green as we welcome the changing season with a deep breath.

Deep green covers the forest, and the sky above the Yatsugatake Mountains deepens to its deepest blue. Birch leaves sway in the dappled sunlight, and towering cumulonimbus clouds hang over the ridgeline viewed from the terrace. At night, hundreds of times more stars than those in Tokyo fill the sky above. A plateau breeze caresses your skin, and you are enveloped in brilliant light in this deep green moment.
