Suzuka Parking Area (downbound)
A little detour! This is a recommended spot for those visiting via the Shin-Meishin Expressway.
This dog run, one of the largest on a highway (approximately 1,250 square meters), is divided into areas for small dogs and medium/large dogs, allowing them to play freely on artificial turf. It also features water fountains, foot washing areas, and waste disposal bins, making it a comfortable and convenient place to use.

This is a recommended spot for those coming from the Osaka area via the Meishin Expressway.

Saigu Historical Museum area and Saigu ruins
If the Ise Expressway is congested, get off midway and come here.
Although you cannot enter the museum, you can take a stroll through the vast lawn and walking paths of the nearby "Saigu Historic Site".
It's a recommended spot because it's relatively uncrowded and you can walk around in peace.
