Spa

This spa facility, exclusively for hotel guests, is designed for alternating hot and cold bathing and features a good balance of hot and cold bathing facilities, including two types of saunas, a jet bath, a reclining bath, and a cold bath. It is separated for men and women.

Location: Basement 1st floor

Available hours: 15:00-24:00 the next morning / 6:00-10:00

*To ensure your safety and peace of mind, our facility has installed security doors at the entrance to Spa Alpa and the entrance/exit to the women's bath.

You will need your room key card to unlock the door, so please be sure to bring it with you when you come to the spa.

Fitness room located within the spa

We offer a free fitness room exclusively for our hotel guests.

During your stay, you can enjoy a comfortable and efficient workout thanks to the spacious layout.

We have six washer-dryers available on the first basement floor of the building.

*A 100 yen coin is required. (Change can be exchanged at the front desk.)

*We also offer our regular laundry service. If you place your order by 10:30 AM, it will be ready by 7:00 PM the same day.

(We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, public holidays, and during the New Year's holiday period.)

Foreign currency exchange machine

A currency exchange machine is located on the first floor of the building. It supports 15 languages and can exchange 14 foreign currency banknotes into Japanese yen.

Guest rooms air conditioning

Because our hotel's air conditioning (heating and cooling) is centrally controlled, we are unable to adjust the temperature in individual rooms.

During periods of significant temperature fluctuations, such as the change of seasons, we adjust the settings according to the outside temperature.

Blankets, electric heaters, and fans are available for rent; please inquire at the front desk.

Regarding Guest rooms cleaning during your stay

Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times.

<Regarding cleaning (for 2-night and 3-night stays)>

We do not provide cleaning of Guest rooms or bathrooms, bed making, trash collection, or ashtray replacement.

• If you would like to have your towels (face towels, bath towels, bath mats) replaced, please ask at the front desk (free of charge).

• Cleaning, sheet changes, and amenity replacements are available at an additional charge. (Additional charges apply)

<Regarding cleaning (for stays of 4 nights or more)>

- For the second and third nights, we will not be cleaning Guest rooms or bathroom, making the bed, collecting trash, or changing the ashtray.

- We will perform our regular cleaning service on the 4th night, 8th night, and so on (every 3 nights).

• If you require towel replacements (face towels, bath towels, bath mats) for stays other than those specified above, please inquire at the front desk (free of charge).

• For stays exceeding the above-mentioned number of nights, cleaning, sheet changes, and amenity replacements are available at an additional charge. (Additional charges apply)
