Guest rooms air conditioning
Our hotel has a central air conditioning system for the entire building.Depending on the season, the unit can be set to cool, ventilate, or heat.
Please note that although it is possible to turn the air conditioning on/off and adjust the airflow volume for each room, it is not possible to adjust the temperature.
*Air circulators and blankets may be available for rental depending on the room temperature, so please ask at the front desk.
*Please note that there is a limit to the number of items available for rental.
Access to Rokko no Yu
Go up the stairs behind the reception on the first floor ART HOTEL Kashima Central and you will find the entrance at the end of the walkway.*Please note that there are stairs from the first floor and no elevator.
You can also enter from the outside, so please proceed along the hotel building.

Please insert your parking ticket into the "free parking ticket processing machine" at the front counter.*If you lose your parking ticket, you can press the "Lost" button on the payment machine when you exit the parking lot. However, a different fee than the regular fee will apply.
Please be careful not to lose your parking ticket. If you wish to have your parking ticket processed free of charge, please be sure to present your parking ticket to the front desk before leaving the parking lot.
Please note that if you pay without using the free processing service, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund.

Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights
- If you would like your room cleaned, please hang the cleaning tag outside your door by 11:00.
- If you would like your room cleaned, please attach the "Please Make Up Room" tag, which is attached to the inside of the door, facing up to the outside of the door.
- If the cleaning tag is not found by 11:00, only towels will be provided.
[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]
- This plan does not include cleaning, so we will not enter your room.
- Guest rooms and bathrooms will not be cleaned, beds will not be made, and trash cans will not be collected.
- If you would like to have your towels replaced (face towels, bath towels, bath mats), please do so at the front desk.
- For stays of 4 nights or more, regular cleaning will be done every 4 days.
