*We accept reservations on the day, but if the items are sold out, you will not be able to purchase them. Also, customers with reservations will be given priority, so you may have to wait. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Guest rooms air conditioning
Our hotel is air-conditioned throughout the entire building.You can turn the air conditioning on/off and adjust the temperature for each room, but you cannot switch between heating and cooling.
We are well aware that each customer's experience will be different, and we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding.

Card Keys
The door is an auto-lock, so please take your card key with you when you go out.For security reasons, the front and back doors will be locked after midnight.
The main entrance can be unlocked with a card key. Touch the card key to the black sensor on the left side of the entrance to unlock it.
*If you lose your card key, we will charge you 1,000 yen per card.
Laundry room

* Drying time varies depending on the amount of clothes loaded.
*A card key is required to enter Laundry room.
*There is a vending machine for detergent and fabric softener in Laundry room (¥100 each).
*Only ¥100 coins are accepted. If you need to exchange money, please do so at the front desk.
*If the rental time has significantly passed, staff may collect the clothes that are being washed or dried and store them at the front desk.
Dry cleaning service available (fees apply)
Dry cleaning bags and forms are available in the amenity box on the first floor.Please bring it to the front desk by 9:30am. It will be ready by 6:30pm on the same day.

Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights
- Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times:
Cleaning hours: 10:00-14:00- If cleaning is not required, please attach the "Please Don't Disturb" sign, which is attached to the inside of the door, facing up to the outside of the door.
- If you would like your room cleaned, please attach the "Please Make Up Room" tag, which is attached to the inside of the door, with the tag facing up to the outside of the door.
*We will still clean even if there is no cleaning tag attached. If you have a specific time, please let us know by midnight the day before.
*If you do not indicate your intention, we will call you on the day to confirm the cleaning.
*If you are unable to answer the phone, we will knock, and if you are not at home, we will clean the room.
*Please be out when Guest rooms is being cleaned. Please note that cleaning cannot be done while you are in your room.
*If you leave your luggage on the bed when you go out, we may not be able to make the bed.
*Please use the safe provided in Guest rooms for cash and valuables.
*During your stay, we will only collect what is in the trash can to prevent it from being mixed with your important personal belongings.
*We will refrain from collecting half-eaten food or cups with partially filled drinks from tables.
[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]
- This plan does not include cleaning, so we will not enter your room.
- Garbage will be collected between 10:00 and 14:00, so please put the trash can out in the hallway.
- Towels can be exchanged at the front desk. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring your used towels to the front desk.
- Regular cleaning is done once every four nights. We will ask you for your preferred date when you check in.
- Please note that if there is a "Please Don't Disturb" sign on your designated cleaning date, we will refrain from cleaning.
- If you would like additional cleaning, please inform the front desk staff during cleaning hours. A fee of 500 yen will be charged per cleaning. (Please pay in advance.)
