About Laundry room

We have four washer-dryers available on the 3rd floor.
Prices: Wash and dry 120 minutes (standard) ¥500 / 80 minutes (small load) ¥400, Wash only 35 minutes ¥300, Dry only 30 minutes ¥100

*Detergent is automatically dispensed. (Bringing your own detergent is not permitted.)
*For 100 yen coins only. (Change can be obtained at the front desk.)
*Please refrain from using a laundry net.

Regarding the locking of the entrance

The main entrance door will be locked between midnight and 6 AM.
You can unlock the door by holding your card key over the key reader next to the entrance.

Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights

This service will be provided only to customers who request it, within the times listed below.
Cleaning time: 10:00 - 14:00

*If you would like your room cleaned, please attach the "Please Clean" magnetic card to Guest rooms door by 13:00.
*New towels will be provided at the door.

Yurari Katamachi (Lounge)

Available hours: 16:00 - 20:00

Regarding the air conditioning inside the building

Our hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system for the entire building.
You can turn the air conditioning on/off and adjust the fan speed in each room, but you cannot switch between heating and cooling.

*Fans and blankets are available for loan at the front desk. Please ask the front desk if you would like to use them.

Dry cleaning service available (fees apply)

We accept orders at the front desk. Completion dates vary depending on the item.
Please note that items received on Sundays and public holidays will be ready the following day.
