Towels, shampoo, and body soap are provided in your room.
Other amenities (facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, lotion, toothbrush) are available at the amenity counter on the second floor.

Power operation and heating/cooling

• Inserting your key card into the key card socket near the entrance to Guest rooms will turn on the power to the lights, TV, air conditioning, and other appliances.
• Our hotel's heating and cooling system is centrally controlled, so you cannot switch between heating and cooling modes.
• The airflow can be adjusted in each room.

Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights

Room cleaning will be carried out during the following times.

Cleaning time: 10:00 - 12:00
If you would like your room cleaned, please leave your room key at the front desk by 12:00.

*Please inform the front desk if you require cleaning during your stay.
*If you have not left your room key with us, we will not be able to enter your room and therefore will not be able to clean it.
*Towels and garbage bags will be provided in front of your door.

[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]

This plan does not include cleaning, therefore, we will not enter your room.
Towels and garbage bags will be placed in front of your door.
Used towels and trash will be collected between 10:00 and 14:00, so please place them in the hallway.
Please note that we will perform regular cleaning once every four nights. We will ask for your preferred date at check-in.

*If a "Please Don't Disturb" sign is posted on your designated cleaning day, we will refrain from cleaning.
*If you require additional cleaning, please inform the front desk staff during the cleaning time. A fee of 500 yen per cleaning will be charged (payment is required in advance).
