This Japanese and Western buffet on the first floor of the hotel offers approximately 50 different dishes.
You can enjoy local Nagoya cuisine, including breakfast.
Enjoy Nagoya's unique specialties and carefully selected local products in a bright, open space bathed in the morning sun.

Guest rooms air conditioning

Our hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system for the entire building.
You can turn the air conditioning on/off and adjust the airflow in each room, but you cannot adjust the temperature or switch between heating and cooling.
We are fully aware that each customer's experience is different, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

*Fans and blankets are available for rent at the front desk. Please ask at the front desk if you require them.

Card Keys

The door is an auto-lock, so please take your card key with you when you go out.

*If you lose your card key, we will charge you 1,000 yen per card.

Laundry Corner

[Location] 2nd and 14th floors
[Prices] Washing: ¥300/wash, Dryer: ¥100/approx. 30 minutes

*Drying time varies depending on the amount of laundry.
*Only 100 yen coins are accepted. Please inquire at the front desk if you need change.
*If the rental period has been significantly exceeded, our staff may collect the clothes that are being washed and dried and hold them for you at the front desk.

Dry cleaning service available (fees apply)

Laundry bags and forms are available at the amenity bar on the first floor.
Please bring your item to the front desk by 10:00 AM. The item will be ready for pickup after 6:30 PM on the same day.

*Payment will be made upon receipt of the item.
*Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays.

About Housekeeping at Guest rooms for Multiple-Night Stays

• Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times.
  Cleaning time: 10:00 - 13:00
  • If cleaning is not required, please attach the "Please Don't Disturb" sign, which is attached to the inside of the door, facing up to the outside of the door.
  • If you would like your room cleaned, please attach the "Please Make Up Room" tag, which is attached to the inside of the door, with the tag facing up to the outside of the door.
  
  *Please note that we will proceed with cleaning even if a "Do Not Clean" sign is not posted. If you have a specific time request, please let us know by 12:00 a.m. the day before.
  *If we do not receive any instructions, we will knock on your door. If you are not present at that time, we will proceed with cleaning.
  *We ask that you leave the Guest room during cleaning. Please understand that we cannot clean while you are in the room.
  ※If you leave your belongings on the bed when you go out, we may not be able to make the bed.
  * Please use the in-room safe in your Guest room to store cash and valuables.
  * To prevent your personal belongings from being mistaken for trash, we will only collect items that are inside the trash cans during your stay.
  *We will not collect partially eaten food or half-full glasses left on your desk.

[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]

• This plan does not include cleaning, so we will not enter your room.
• Regarding trash, we will collect it between 10:00 and 13:00, so please place the trash cans in the hallway.
• Towels can be exchanged at the front desk. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring your used towels to the front desk.
• Regular cleaning is done once every four nights. We will ask you for your preferred date when you check in.
• Please note that if there is a "Please Don't Disturb" sign on your designated cleaning date, we will refrain from cleaning.
• If you would like additional cleaning, please inform the front desk staff during cleaning hours. A fee of 500 yen will be charged per cleaning. (Please pay in advance.)
