How to use the elevator

• Please hold your card key over the sensor inside the elevator.
• When the lamp turns blue, press the button for your destination floor.

Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights

• Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times:
  Cleaning hours: 10:00-14:00
  *Please note that cleaning cannot be provided outside of the times listed above.

[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]

• For stays of 4 nights or more, your room will be cleaned every 4 days.
  *Normal cleaning will be done on the 4th night (every 3 nights).
• Cleaning hours: 10:00-14:00
• Cleaning will not be done outside of the above dates, so if you would like additional cleaning, please contact the front desk in advance. (Additional cleaning fee will be charged separately)
• If you would like your towels changed during your stay, please contact the front desk.
