How to use the elevator

After holding your card key over the card reader inside the elevator, press the button for your destination floor.

Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights

• Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times:
  Cleaning hours: 11:00-15:00
  *Please note that cleaning cannot be provided after 2:00 PM.

[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]

• We do not clean Guest rooms or bathrooms, make beds, or collect trash cans.
• If you would like to have your towels (face towels, bath towels, bath mats) replaced, please bring your used towels to the front desk (free of charge).
• If you would like to have your trash bag replaced, please leave your trash can in the hallway by 11:00 and we will replace it for you (free of charge).
• Cleaning, changing sheets, and changing amenities are available at an additional cost. (Charged)
• For stays of 4 nights or more, regular cleaning will be performed every 3 nights (4th and 8th nights).
