How to use the elevator
You will need a PIN number to use the elevator hall entrance on the 1st floor and the elevator on the 2nd floor. The front desk will provide you with this number when you check in.Guest rooms cleaning for consecutive nights
In order to reduce the resources used for cleaning, we will generally clean your room once every three days for guests staying multiple nights.*If you wish, we can also accommodate cleaning on days other than the designated cleaning days.
*If you need towel changes or trash collection, please contact extension 2 by 10:00 on the day.
*Even if cleaning is not required, for facility maintenance and safety reasons, we will inspect Guest rooms once every three nights.
*Please note that cleaning is an additional charge for some plans.
*Razors and toothbrushes are available at the front desk.
