In order to help restore tourism demand in the Kyushu region following the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, the Japan Tourism Agency has announced the "Kyushu Recovery Support Discount," a discount support measure for travel and accommodation fees. Accordingly, we will begin accepting reservations at our hotels (each accommodation facility) from Friday, October 16, 2026. As the reservation method is left to each accommodation facility, HOTEL MYSTAYS Oita will be selling reservations in advance on our website. When making a reservation, there is a question section on the "Customer Information" input page regarding the use of the recovery discount, so please answer whether you wish to use it by selecting from the options. *This discount will be applied within the limits of the subsidy budget allocated to our hotel. Even if your reservation is confirmed, if the number of reservations exceeds our discount limit due to processing time differences caused by high demand, the discount may not be applied and you may be charged the regular rate. *If you cancel your reservation because the discount is not applied, we will accept the cancellation without a cancellation fee. Please be aware of the following before applying. *This program cannot be used for business trips or vacations. Please note that we cannot issue receipts in the company name for stays using this program. *The discount applies only to payments made on-site. *At check-in on the day of arrival, the names of all guests and the signature of the representative guest will be required.
