The validity period is indicated on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid for one year and cannot be used outside of this period. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher cannot be resold. We may not be able to accommodate your request if the hotel is fully booked. This voucher cannot be used with flight packages. This voucher cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged. Multiple vouchers can be used simultaneously. The user's name will be printed on the voucher to prevent resale.
