Cottage cleaning is only provided for stays of three nights or longer, and only upon guest request. Please inform the front desk in the morning if you would like your towels changed.

We provide two-piece pajamas in your room. Please feel free to ask the front desk if you need to exchange sizes. Please note that we only have children's sizes 100cm and 150cm available, so if the size is not suitable, please bring your own from home.

Smoking is permitted in the row cottages, but non-smoking is permitted in the detached cottages.

Azumino City is an area with low rainfall and many sunny days. Due to its inland climate, daytime temperatures can be extremely hot in midsummer. On the other hand, winter temperatures drop below freezing, so please dress warmly. Also, from mid-December to April, please be sure to carry snow chains or install snow tires if you are traveling by car.

Wi-Fi is available in all cottages.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, pajamas, toothbrushes, and razors are provided in the room.

At the owner's discretion, pets can be left in the room temporarily if they are kept in a cage or pen.
However, if a dog is left alone in a new place for a long period of time, it may become very stressed and may bark frantically, destroy things, or become ill, so please be considerate and do not place a burden on your dog.

Per night, per animal:
Small dogs (under 10kg): 3,300 yen (tax included)
Medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg): 4,400 yen (tax included)
Large dogs (25kg or more): 5,500 yen (tax included)
You will receive a 1,000 yen discount per stay per dog per GoTo Pass registration account.

Please be sure to bring a lead with you as we ask that you keep your pet on a lead in public places.
In addition, to help promote relaxation for your dog, please bring along the dog's usual supplies (familiar food, dishes, bedding, toys, etc.) Crates, toilet trays and sheets, sticky rollers, deodorizers, paw wipes, foldable playpens, etc. are available in each room.

The only animals you may bring with you are dogs.

Your dog can sleep in a bed or futon with you if he or she wears a diaper.

Please keep your dog on a leash in public places, with the exception of some facilities such as Guest rooms and dog runs. Please note that some dogs may not like or be scared of other dogs, so we ask for your cooperation.

Regarding vaccinations, dogs that have not been vaccinated can still be used if there is a valid reason, such as being a senior dog, having allergies, or a veterinarian's recommendation.

We only allow indoor dogs that have received their annual rabies vaccination and have had their vaccinations or antibody tests within their validity period, and that are well-trained. Dogs in heat and puppies under 4 months old are not permitted. There are no restrictions on breed or size (small, medium, large, or extra-large). There is also no limit on the number of dogs, so those with multiple dogs are welcome.

We are sorry, but the facility is not barrier-free. There are some steps, stairs, and approaches at the entrance and cottage entrances.
