[Lake View] Standard Double
This room is located on the 3rd floor. It has a double bed and is suitable for one or two guests.
[Lake View] Standard Twin
This room is located on the 3rd floor. Due to its small size, it is suitable for one or two guests. Pet amenities are provided, pets are allowed to sleep in the same bed, and all dog breeds are welcome (small, medium, and large).
[Lake View] Panorama Corner Triple
Located in the hotel's corner, this 37-square-meter Western-style room features a wall-to-wall window, offering a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Pet amenities are provided, pets are allowed to sleep in the same bed, and all dog breeds—small, medium, and large—are welcome!
[Lake view] Japanese-Style Room 6 tatami
This room is located on the 3rd floor. Due to its small size, it is only suitable for one or two people.
[Lake view] Japanese-style room 12.5 tatami mats
Enjoy the scenic views of Lake Hamana. Take the ropeway to Mt. Okusa on the opposite shore or enjoy the elegant sightseeing boats cruising across the lake. Pet amenities are available / Pets are allowed to sleep in the same bed / Small, medium, and large dogs of all breeds are welcome!
[Lake View] Deluxe Japanese-Western Style Room
Both the Western-style and Japanese-style rooms offer spacious accommodations, making them ideal for large groups. They are also recommended for group trips and multi-generational family vacations.
[Upper floor lake view] Japanese modern twin
We guarantee you a room on an upper floor (6th floor or higher). You can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Hamana up close. This is recommended for guests who prioritize views and scenery and want to further enhance the enjoyment of their trip.
*If you are staying with three people, the third person will sleep on a Japanese-style futon. (Self-service)

For guests staying multiple nights, please inform us at check-in whether you require cleaning or not.
We provide loungewear for your room. Please pick it up from the lobby and take it to your room.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building, so if you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including Guest rooms, lobby, and Restaurant.
Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.
Towels, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, coffee and tea (packets), water (500ml), and room snacks are provided in your room.
Please refrain from using the bathrooms in Guest rooms.
If you want to groom your beloved dog after a day of play, please feel free to use our "Grooming Room" (fee applies) located inside the building.
We offer a paid dog-sitting service exclusively for our hotel guests. Please use this service to look after your beloved dog while you go out for events or sightseeing. To minimize stress on your dog, please bring their usual toys with you when using the service. Temporary leave in your room is possible, such as during dinner or while you use the bath, provided they are in a cage or playpen. When going out, please either take your dog with you or leave them at the front desk (a fee applies). Please refrain from leaving your dog alone in your room.

Usage fee: 1,100 yen per animal per hour (tax included)

Small dogs (under 10kg): 3,300 yen (tax included)
Medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg): 4,400 yen (tax included)

You will receive a 1,000 yen discount per stay per dog per GoTo Pass registration account.

We ask that you keep your dog on a leash in public places, so please be sure to bring one with you.
To further promote your dog's relaxation, please bring your dog's usual supplies (familiar food, bowls, bedding, toys, etc.). Toilet trays and sheets, waste bags, lint rollers, floor mops, deodorizers, cloths, and cages are provided in each room.
The only animals you may bring with you are dogs.
Your dog can sleep in a bed or futon with you if he or she wears a diaper.
同伴できるわんちゃんは、室内犬で毎年1回の狂犬病の予防接種、ならびに有効期限内の予防注射あるいは抗体検査を受けており、基本的なしつけができているいるわんちゃんに限らせていただきます。 また、ヒート中のわんちゃん、生後4ヵ月未満のわんちゃんはご遠慮ください。犬種・サイズ（小型・中型・大型・超大型）に制限はございません。頭数制限もございませんので、多頭飼いの方も安心してご利用ください。
