Even for guests staying multiple nights, Guest rooms cleaning will be performed daily. If you do not require cleaning, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.

Room wear is provided in the rooms.

Smoking is prohibited in both the hotel and the cottages, so if you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.

Located at an altitude of 1,300m, the temperature is 4 to 5 degrees Celsius lower than in Takayama city. Snow falls from early November to late April, so please dress warmly. If you are traveling by car, please be sure to carry snow chains or have snow tires installed.

Wi-Fi is available both in the hotel and in the cottages.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

Towels, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, coffee and tea (packets), water (500ml), and room snacks are provided in your room.

The apartment includes an 8-tatami mat living room, three bedrooms, a toilet with a bidet function, and a washroom.
*Please note that there is no kitchen or bathroom. (Food are available Restaurant, and you can use the bathroom in the bathing area.)

Please refrain from using the bathrooms in Guest rooms.
If you want to give your beloved dog a good cleaning after a day of playing, please use our "Private Room Bath (with dedicated dog bath)" (additional charge applies).

We offer a paid dog-sitting service exclusively for our guests. Please feel free to use this service when you’re out attending events or sightseeing—we’ll take good care of your beloved dog while you’re away.
When using this service, please bring your dog’s usual toys and other items to help them feel more comfortable.
Your dog may stay in the room temporarily—such as during dinner or while you’re taking a bath—as long as they are in a crate or playpen. When you go out, please take your dog with you or, for a fee, leave them at the front desk. Please do not leave your dog alone in the room.

Per night, per animal:
Small dogs (under 10kg): 3,300 yen (tax included)
Medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg): 4,400 yen (tax included)
Large dogs (25kg or more): 5,500 yen (tax included)
You will receive a 1,000 yen discount per pet per stay for each GoTo Pass registration account. Please register for GoTo Pass and make your reservation.

Please be sure to bring a lead with you as we ask that you keep your pet on a lead in public places.
In addition, to promote your dog's relaxation, please bring along the dog's usual supplies (familiar food, dishes, bedding, toys, etc.). Toilet trays and sheets, waste bags, sticky rollers, deodorizers, lead hooks, foldable playpens, etc. are provided in each room. If you need a cage, we have them available for rental, so please ask at the front desk.

The only animals you may bring with you are dogs.

Your dog can sleep in a bed or futon with you if he or she wears a diaper.

Please keep your dog on a leash in public places, with the exception of some facilities such as Guest rooms and dog runs. Please note that some dogs may not like or be scared of other dogs, so we ask for your cooperation.

Regarding vaccinations, dogs that have not been vaccinated can still be used if there is a valid reason, such as being a senior dog, having allergies, or a veterinarian's recommendation.

We only allow indoor dogs that have received their annual rabies vaccination and have had their vaccinations or antibody tests within their validity period, and that are well-trained. Dogs in heat and puppies under 4 months old are not permitted. There are no restrictions on breed or size (small, medium, large, or extra-large). There is also no limit on the number of dogs, so those with multiple dogs are welcome.

Please complete the online consent process for our dog-friendly accommodation policy in advance.

Please fill in your check-in date and the name of the person making the reservation on the slip and send it to the hotel address. You can find the hotel address on the top page or Access page.

The building is not barrier-free.
Please note that there are stairs at the front entrance, on the way to the dog garden, and on the way to the large public bath.
