If you are staying for multiple nights and do not require cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance when making your reservation and we will provide you with an eco-bag.
Yukata robes are provided in the rooms.
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking booth on the second floor.
Toba is warm throughout the year and there is almost no snowfall in winter.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including Guest rooms, lobby, and Restaurant.
Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.
Towels, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, coffee and tea (packets), water (500ml), and room snacks are provided in your room.
Please refrain from using the bathrooms in Guest rooms.
If you want to groom your beloved dog after a day of play, please feel free to use our "Self-Grooming Room" (fee applies) located inside the facility.
We offer a paid dog-sitting service exclusively for our guests. Please feel free to use this service when you’re out attending events or sightseeing—we’ll take good care of your beloved dog while you’re away.
When using this service, please bring your dog’s usual toys and other items to help them feel more comfortable.
Your dog may stay in the room temporarily—such as during dinner or while you’re taking a bath—as long as they are in a crate or playpen. When you go out, please take your dog with you or, for a fee, leave them at the front desk. Please do not leave your dog alone in the room.

Fee: 1,100 yen per dog per hour (tax included)

Per night, per animal:
Small dogs (under 10kg): 3,300 yen (tax included)
Medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg): 4,400 yen (tax included)
Large dogs (25kg or more): 5,500 yen (tax included)
You will receive a 1,000 yen discount per stay per dog per GoTo Pass registration account.
Please register for GoTo Pass and make your reservation.
Please be sure to bring a lead with you as we ask that you keep your pet on a lead in public places.
In addition, to help promote relaxation for your dog, please bring along the dog's usual supplies (familiar food, dishes, bedding, toys, etc.). Deodorizer, pet sheets, sticky rollers, waste bags, dustcloths, Swiffer wipes, pet trays, etc. are available in each room. If you need a cage, we have them available for rental, so please ask at the front desk.
The only animals you may bring with you are dogs.
Your dog can sleep in a bed or futon with you if he or she wears a diaper.
Please keep your dog on a leash in public places, with the exception of some facilities such as Guest rooms and dog runs. Please note that some dogs may not like or be scared of other dogs, so we ask for your cooperation.
Regarding vaccinations, dogs that have not been vaccinated can still be used if there is a valid reason, such as being a senior dog, having allergies, or a veterinarian's recommendation.
We only allow indoor dogs that have received their annual rabies vaccination and have had their vaccinations or antibody tests within their validity period, and that are well-trained. Dogs in heat and puppies under 4 months old are not permitted. There are no restrictions on breed or size (small, medium, large, or extra-large). There is also no limit on the number of dogs, so those with multiple dogs are welcome.
