Boiled spinach from Shiobara
Shiobara spinach is grown in the fresh air, water, and soil of Shiobara. The temperature difference between morning and evening makes it vibrant green and sweet, so we simply pickled it.

Handmade tofu
It's a popular dish with a rich flavor that comes from being freshly handmade.

Utsunomiya yakisoba
The noodles are steamed twice, giving them a chewy texture. We recommend topping them with minced meat or tempura flakes. The flavor is light, so please enjoy with plenty of sauce.
